DEALER advancing to Manager through the Basics to Builder Program

For the Dealer to become a Manager - personally sponsor 3 new people through the B2B Program ($399.95) and automatically advance to the Manager (30%) discount level.

Income as a Dealer:

When a Dealer personally sponsors another through the B2B Program a $45
commission from the training program is earned.

** Must be partially qualified to receive commissions, which are paid weekly

MANAGER advancing to Director through the Basics to Builder Program.

As a Manager you receive a 30% discount on all product orders while you are advancing.

• Option 1: as a Manager, promote 3 first level Dealers to Manager through the B2B program on their first level (for a total of 12 people first and second level combined)
• Option 2: Have 15 people who have entered through the B2B Program combined in your groupbetween your first 2 levels, minimum 3 personally sponsored on your first level.

Income as a Manager: When a Manager personally sponsors a new person through the B2B program they earn:

• $45 training commission (paid weekly)
• $35 product commission (paid monthly through compensation plan)

Income from Dealers when you are at the Manager discount level:

When a Dealer sponsors a new person in the B2B program, the Manager above earns $35 in product commission.

DIRECTOR - as a Directors you receive a 40% discount on all product orders and are now eligible to receive frontside and backside commissions

Income as a Director: When a Director personally sponsors a new person through the B2B Program they earn:

• $60 training commission (paid weekly)
• $70 product commission (paid monthly through compensation plan)

Backside commissions are earned on your Director organizations through our compensation plan. As a Director you must be fully qualified for backside commissions (see compensation plan for details)

Income from the efforts of Dealers in your personal group when you are at the Director discount level:

When a Dealer sponsors a new person into the B2B program and there is no manager, the Director earns:

• $15 training commission
• $70 product commission

**Must be partially qualified to receive commissions

When a Dealer sponsors a new person through the B2B program and there is a Manager in between, the Director earns:

• $15 training commission
• $35 product commission

**Must be partially qualified to receive commissions

Income from the efforts of Managers in your personal group when you are at the Director discount level:

• $15 training commission
• $35 product commission

Qualifying for commissions Whether a distributor was enrolled through the Basics to Builders Program or not the only way in which they can earn a check for the commissions available is to be
enrolled in the monthly Career Builder Pack. There are no exceptions.

Partially Qualified

• Partially qualified means that the distributor is enrolled in the $50 monthly Career Builder Pack

Fully Qualified

• Fully qualified means that the distributor is enrolled in the $100 monthly Career Builder Pack

Note: you can also be fully qualified by placing a monthly career order from the price sheet as before to obtain the $100 or more in monthly retail volume order. That order will be discounted from the actual retail volume as usual.
